We work as the 24/7 team and provide the necessary training and support to all our staff and have social events throughout the year to strengthen the team. The small size of the company ensures that we have a personal relationship with all of our staff which aids communication and ensures that we can accurately match staff skills and expertise to the vacancies as they arise.

Join Our Team
In order to join the 24/7 Relief Care Team, you must have a least 3 months experience of working as a care assistant with individuals with a learning disability. Unlike other agencies, we do not register new staff on an ongoing basis. Instead, we register new staff when we have work available to meet their requirements e.g. full time / part time. We recommend that candidates submit their CV and relevant references and we will contact them as soon as a suitable vacancy arises.
